Snow Pines is CounTree’s hill-station project: A-shape houses designed as a second home rather than as an investment left standing empty.
The A-shape form is a deliberate choice for Murree. A steep pitch sheds snow instead of holding it, the upper floor gains height without gaining footprint, and the shape suits a sloping plot among mature pines better than a flat-roofed house does.
