Resort, farmhouse community and working landscape on one site — built by CounTree, and operated by CounTree afterwards.
Hobbitinn takes its cue from the hobbit film set in New Zealand: the same intricate detailing and sculpted earth forms, rebuilt here in Pakistan around a lake. Colourful huts circle the water, and the whole site sits inside a gated community with security and round-the-clock camera surveillance.
Alongside the resort, farmhouse and resort units are offered in a range of kanal sizes, constructed or unconstructed, so an owner can either move into a finished themed home or build to their own design with our architecture team.
It is an evergreen site by intention. Deer, ostriches, rabbits, lambs, horses and pony horses move through the grounds, and the lakeshore is maintained by the resort administration rather than left to individual owners.

Ownership
Live in it, or let the resort run it.
Units are sold on an ownership basis. An owner can use the property themselves, or place it into the rental programme operated by the resort club, so the unit is managed, maintained and let out while they are not there.
Current unit sizes, pricing and payment structures are issued in writing on request, so that what you are quoted is the same as what appears in your allotment documentation.
