Who we are

A developer that plans, designs and builds its own projects.

CounTree Group was founded in 2008 and works across construction and real estate development in Pakistan, with a focus on resort, residential and commercial projects in and around the twin cities.

We were among the first in Pakistan to develop private land as farmhouse communities, and we have carried that approach into resorts and hill-station housing. Every project runs through the same in-house structure: our own board, engineers, architects, project managers and technical staff.

That matters for a buyer because the company that sells you a plot is the same company that plans the infrastructure, builds it, and — in the case of Hobbitinn — operates it afterwards.

    Planning, design and construction are handled in-house rather than passed between contractors. There is one party responsible for the result.

    Our sites sit against the routes people actually use — Chakri Interchange on the M-2, Chak Beli Khan Road, the Murree corridor — rather than land that is cheap because nothing reaches it.

  • Land at farmhouse scale

    We develop private land in kanals rather than marlas, which is what makes orchards, open ground and resort amenities possible in the first place.

  • We stay after handover

    Our hospitality arm operates what we build, so an owner can place a unit into a managed rental programme instead of leaving it empty between visits.
